For the first time in the world, the training of a highly qualified specialist was carried out on the basis of a discursive-evaluative method

The Institute of Psychology and Informal Justice of the Academy of Ecosocial Technologies cordially congratulates Rodion Evgenievich Barabanov on the successful defense of his doctoral dissertation.

Rodion Evgenievich enriched world science with new knowledge, and, of course, continuing his work, he will become a famous world scientist and teacher who will prepare his students, give them the way to universal recognition.

The defense of Barabanov Rodion Evgenievich became the first example in the world of how to train highly qualified personnel in the 21st century.

The training of a highly qualified specialist is based on the use of a discursive-evaluative method.

The course of the research, its design, protection, implementation of the results obtained into general practice for the benefit of people, is accompanied by a wide expert and mass discussion and evaluation. The work is being improved, becoming widely known, and the personality of a specialist is in demand. This qualification is confirmed by the international expert community and its quality is much higher than the preparation of a doctoral student at a particular institute in any country in the world.

Throughout the entire period of a scientist's life, experts carry out dynamic control of the scientist's qualifications. This is an extended qualification, the legitimacy of which is provided by experts from all over the world.

The basis of the nravstvennost (ecological) manifesto is the global ecological principle - not to harm the environment, other people and oneself (the environment, neighbors, oneself). The global ethical principle stems from the global ecological principle - one must behave in such a way as not to harm other people, oneself and the environment.
The global ethical principle is laid in the basis of the nravstvennost rule "Three Cs": do not harm yourself (C1), neighbors (C2), environment (C3) neither by thought, nor word, nor deed; to create for themselves, neighbors, habitats by thought, word, deed.
The nravstvennost (environmental) manifesto is a source of international law that ensures the ecology of social relations in all regions of the world.

Chigirev Viktor Anatolyevich: 65th anniversary

On July 22, 2021, the Academy of Eco-Social Technologies (AEST) celebrated the 65th anniversary of the famous scientist with a worldwide reputation - Viktor Anatolyevich Chigirev.

President of the Academy Hannibal Izrailevich Levit made a speech at the ceremonial meeting of the AEST Secretariat.

Ecology, reduction of consumption and freedom of movement in real space as new landmarks of global changes, the research of which is carried out by the institutes of the Academy of Ecosocial Technologies (AEST, 2020)

Ecology, reduction of consumption and freedom of movement in real space as new landmarks of global changes, the research of which is carried out by the institutes of the Academy of Ecosocial Technologies (AEST, 2020)

On January 7, 2020, the results of the research work of the institutes and departments of AEST were summed up in an online conference.

The general trend of 2020, which is noted by the AEST researchers, is the approval of the "green theme" in the world economy, the reduction of consumption and freedom of movement in real space as new landmarks for global changes.

In 2021, as the AEST ecotechnologists note, one must be prepared for a significant reduction in consumption, business transformation, failures in transfers of power and resources, natural birth control (due to the minimization of the resource base for human reproduction in all regions of the world). Restrictions on movement in real space for the entire population of the Earth, with the exception of representatives of the world and regional elites, will remain.

The Discursive Ethics of Professor Chigirev V.A. and the problem of transhumanism

According to philosophers, public consciousness evolves through several stages.
The first stage is the archaic, which is characterized by the appearance of the dominant human sensation of «We» and the community-based livelihood.
The second stage is pre-modern, in which people have the feeling of «We» and the feeling of an individual sovereign (master, king, tsar, chief, leader) «I». «We» delegates to an individual «I» the qualities of a superhuman, «blindly follows» and believes in his infallibility. «I», with no social restrictions, exploits faith in himself, makes its will to the law, makes a cult of hemself, implements complete arbitrariness. As a result falls into social derealization, commits social suicide, i.e.he estroys itself and its base. Thus, all monarchies, authoritarian and criminal regimes collapse.
