An official in respect of whom a negative civil consent has arisen is warned by the superior management about the threat of dismissal. In this way, the official is given the opportunity for nravstvennoral correction. In the event of continuation of antinravstvennoral actions, such person is subject to immediate dismissal from the position held due to loss of trust.
