Ethical assessment
Ethical assessment is an assessment by citizens of the nravstvennorality of the actions (inactions) of other citizens and organizations of citizens from the standpoint of causing or not causing harm and threats in order to block antinravstvennoral behavior.
The process of ethical evaluation is open, regulated by citizens, society and the state, and is one of the forms of mutual trust between individuals, society and the state.
The basis for an ethical assessment is the commission by a citizen or organization of an act that is assessed by other persons as harmful or threatening to them.
A negative ethical assessment is an ethical burden on a social subject.
